Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Harstad track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Space Champion took the lead after a very quick start. Cato Antonsen wanted a little to much in the start and Smiling Lovebreaker galoped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Solenhac, Tango Quick, Clever Baby, Screaming Blast, Copernicus, Voulez Vous, Killer Weed, Space Champion.

Screaming Blast took the lead after 1000m. Copernicus didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Tango Quick saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Voulez Vous gallopped for 40 m.

Screaming Blast was first on the homestretch followed by Killer Weed and Criminal Cloud.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Tango Quick galop. Tango Quick lost 10 m.

Space Champion sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
