The weather had been good all week and Kalmar was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Competitive Pain tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Slippery Agent that came steaming ahead. Sly Band galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Slippery Agent was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Competitive Pain sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Tricky Ring looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Slippery Agent suddenly took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Tricky Ring galoped for 30 m. Slippery Agent kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Slippery Agent kept the speed the whole finish and won before Bacchus and Competitive Pain.
