Start List
The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Oviken today. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Icebreaker was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field From My Heart started to galop and lost 30 m. This is the positions after 500m. Booker T., Confident Blast, Flower Top, Tin Angel, Intelligent Map, Stay, Man Alive Cherry, Icebreaker. The leader got disturbed by something and Confident Blast took the lead rather easily. Flower Top saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Sunday Carneval galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Flower Top was still in the lead after 2000m. Ticking Heat showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Flower Top sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
