The sun was shining on Umåker today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shooting Mustache tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Glorious Cherry that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Libra, Happy Valley, Barefoot Madness, Ginger Lipstick, Modest Cup, Shooting Mustache, Thunder Victory, Glorious Cherry.




Ginger Lipstick sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ginger Lipstick followed by Modest Cup and Glorious Cherry. Lane two Libra followed by Thunder Victory and Puissance De Royaume.



Ginger Lipstick were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Happy Valley galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Winner of todays race was Ginger Lipstick. Libra came in second. Glorious Cherry became third.
