One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Travelling Brightness took the lead after a very quick start. Dalvar was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Sunday Queen, Fierceful Bandwagon, Clever Strategy, Nadia Larockma, Light Runner, Mac Arthur, Clever Folder, Stunning Orchid.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Nadia Larockma looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Mac Arthur started to gallop after 1500m and Johnny Takter had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

With only a little left of the race Light Runner galoped for 20 m. Nadia Larockma looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Nadia Larockma kept the speed the whole finish and won before Clever Strategy and Fierceful Bandwagon.
