The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Karlshamn this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Independant Movement. Fitzgerald Hof ended up behind the leader. Northern Sunshine got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Fitzgerald Hof was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Leading The Way was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. This is the positions after 500m. Impatient Witch, Leading The Way, Garbo Hof, Fitzgerald Hof, Liszt Hof, Just Factory, Independant Movement, Whispering Twister. Garbo Hof took the lead after 1000m. Leading The Way didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Garbo Hof was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Northern Sunshine gallopped for 10 m. Leading The Way was first on the homestretch followed by Nadia Larockma and Whispering Twister. Leading The Way sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy. Results
