One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Houston Hof could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Åke Lindblom wanted a little to much in the start and Houston Hof galoped for 50 m. Rebellious Rocker galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Nette Larockma, Får Får Lamm Cherry, Rolling Runaway, Old Energy, Muscular Paladin, Pampered Breeze, Neon Winter, Spirited Ulv. A bird flew just in front of Rebellious Rocker who started to galop and lost 10 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Nette Larockma followed by Spirited Ulv and Neon Winter. Lane two Houston Hof followed by Old Energy and Pampered Breeze.

Nette Larockma looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Houston Hof was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Muscular Paladin galop. Muscular Paladin lost 10 m. Rebellious Rocker galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Spirited Ulv won. Neon Winter came in second. Old Energy caught third place.
