It had been raining for several days at Arvika but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Grande Fierté. Ticking Wave ended up behind the leader. Sneaky Sword got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Handy Cube started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Slow Thrasher sprinted to the front. Grande Fierté started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

The leader got disturbed by something and Happy Thrasher took the lead rather easily.

Defcon One saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Happy Thrasher started to gallop after 1500m and Per Oleg Midtfjeld had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Sneaking Mambo galloped way to long and was disqualified. Defcon One sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Ticking Wave sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
