One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ginger Needle was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Ginger Needle saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Ginger Needle was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Ginger Needle was still in the lead after 1500m. Whispering Madame started to gallop after 1500m and Mats Karlsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Sucrée was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Ginger Needle looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Ginger Needle didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
