The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Singing Wind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Sutherland Hof suddenly started to galop. Tom Horpestad had to struggle to get Sutherland Hof to tror again and succeded after 40 m. When the startcar left the field Midwest Box started to galop and lost 10 m.

Giant Box quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Climbing Action looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Active Arraow couldn't come out from behind the leader, Giant Box.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Giant Box followed by Active Arraow and Slippery Moment. Lane two Climbing Action followed by Singing Wind and Commando Crowe.

Commando Crowe was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Giant Box sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Climbing Action never caught up with Giant Box who won. Active Arraow came third.
