The sun was shining on Hoting today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Orbit tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Trembling Grove that came steaming ahead.




Trembling Grove was in fine shape and held the lead.




Orbit looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Solid Star couldn't come out from behind the leader, Trembling Grove.

Orbit was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Trembling Grove kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Solid Star sprinted over the finishline before Trembling Grove and Orbit.
