The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Färjestad this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wimpy Godiva found a gap and took the lead. Rainbow Sparkle followed before Reale Sognare.




The Big Bopper quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Skipping Needle took the lead after 1000m. Wimpy Godiva didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.



driver couldn't keep Thinking Asteroid to trotting so they were disqualified. Skipping Needle took the lead after 1000m. Rainbow Sparkle didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.






Skipping Needle didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
