One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slippery Puma could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Slippery Puma was still in the lead after 1500m.



Slippery Puma kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Pointing Nutcracker made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Slippery Puma.
