One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Dominant Satellite found a gap and took the lead. Jumping Viper followed before Stunning Fiesta. Holy Blossom was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. driver couldn't keep Judging Work to trotting so they were disqualified. Ove Wassberg wanted a little to much in the start and Opposing Lilac galoped for 10 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Holy Blossom galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Dominant Satellite followed by Opposing Lilac and Wembley Player. Lane two Jumping Viper followed by Stunning Fiesta and Ace In Exile.

Wembley Player galloped way to long and was disqualified. Dominant Satellite sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Stunning Fiesta won the race after a spectacular finish.
