One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ingrid Palema could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Vanilla Box, Terrific Sunshine, Rock The Boat, Objectif, Ingrid Palema, Blow My Chances, Keep Dreaming, . A bird flew just in front of Keep Dreaming who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Rock The Boat sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Blow My Chances accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Rock The Boat speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Ingrid Palema never caught up with Rock The Boat who won. Blow My Chances came third.
