The sun was shining on Årjäng and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Prima Rhapsody tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Wild Angel that came steaming ahead.




Beue Yierl was in fine shape and held the lead.




Competitive Lieutenant looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Prima Rhapsody couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dancing Wish.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Competitive Lieutenant today. It continued in the lead. Prima Rhapsody galloped for 10 m.




Competitive Lieutenant was still in the lead after 2000m.



Competitive Lieutenant looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Wild Angel. Mad Fabric came in second. Dancing Wish became third.
