Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Carmen Dalia could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Profit Taker saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Carmen Dalia was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Fighting Folder looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep Whistler to trotting so they were disqualified.

Stunning Amazon suddenly took over the lead. Luna Child was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m. Fighting Folder was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.

Carmen Dalia suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Luna Child never caught up with Carmen Dalia who won. Stunning Amazon came third.
