One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Het tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Gold Commander that came steaming ahead. Gold Commander suddenly started to galop. Kenth Åkerlund had to struggle to get Gold Commander to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

Het was in fine shape and held the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Het was still in the lead after 1500m.

Het kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Barone Giglia galop. Barone Giglia lost 40 m.

Winner of todays race was Het. Overbringe came in second. Gold Commander became third.
