Only a humble breeze blew over Tampere this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





General Diamant could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Express It, Black Rocket, General Diamant, Comfortable Sound, Duke Nukem Baby, I Aint Going, Mahatma, Falling Energy. Screaming Rocker showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




The leader got disturbed by something and Duke Nukem Baby took the lead rather easily.




General Diamant accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




General Diamant sat safely in the lead after 2000m. I Aint Going was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



General Diamant were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Mauri Jaara tried a little too much on the homestretch and Screaming Rocker started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Comfortable Sound made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before General Diamant.
