The sun was shining on Hoting and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Scarlet Wardrobe found a gap and took the lead. Wandering Necklace followed before Confident Play.

Wandering Necklace saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Scarlet Wardrobe who started to galop and lost 40 m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Charmed Breath made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Confident Play.
