One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sliding Legend took the lead after a very quick start. Conrad Lugauer wanted a little to much in the start and March Parader galoped for 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. First Serve, Loving Feeling, Felix Red Chip, March Parader, Sowing Diary, Trial By Jury, Monsieur Du Dijon, Shooting Puma. Mysterious Way started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Sliding Legend suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Mysterious Way galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Sliding Legend accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Sliding Legend didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Sliding Legend looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Felix Red Chip sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
