It had been raining for several days at Pori but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Golden Sergeant could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Judging Angel quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Judging Angel was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Sneaky Gentleman galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Judging Angel followed by Golden Sergeant and Magna Force. Lane two Rainbow Sunray followed by Speedy Behemoth and Oracle.



Rainbow Sunray was first on the homestretch followed by Golden Sergeant and Magna Force.

Tapio Perttunen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Speedy Behemoth started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Magna Force won the race after a spectacular finish.
