One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bejby Box could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Perfect Lady saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Vreugde Van Leven started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Expensive Tropic sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.



Expensive Tropic was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Bejby Box sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.






Speed never caught up with Bejby Box who won. Perfect Lady came third.
