The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Carlos Spider tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Crystal Visions that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Big Boobs Pegasos started to galop and lost 50 m. Lars Wester wanted a little to much in the start and Crystal Visions galoped for 30 m.

Neuruppin saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Rabbia E Tarantella sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Big Boobs Pegasos galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Rabbia E Tarantella was still in the lead after 1500m.

Rabbia E Tarantella sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Stopping Diary galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Zacharie won. Neuruppin came in second. Crystal Visions caught third place.
