Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glorious was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Fläsk Enbart, Pink Elegance, Stretching Bouquet, Inch Of Gold, Quick Movement, Shooting Bear, Giant Deal, Glorious. Glorious started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Inch Of Gold took the lead rather easily.



Giant Deal was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. The leader got disturbed by something and Stretching Bouquet took the lead rather easily.






Shooting Bear never caught up with Stretching Bouquet who won. Inch Of Gold came third.
