Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vokkeri tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Slippery Scope that came steaming ahead.




Slippery Scope was in fine shape and held the lead.




Starstruck News took the lead after 1000m. Slippery Scope didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Slippery Scope saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Slippery Scope kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
