One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Bardsey took the lead after a very quick start. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Troubling Breath sprinted to the front. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. driver couldn't keep Portable Thinking to trotting so they were disqualified. Jeu De Guerre looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Jeu De Guerre were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Casper galop. Casper lost 40 m. Troubling Breath won. Climbing Bullet came in second. Bardsey caught third place. Results
