One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brahms Hof could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Active Asteroid looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Opposing Sparkle couldn't come out from behind the leader, Brahms Hof.




Outspoken Mustache looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Outspoken Mustache didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Outspoken Mustache looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Active Asteroid showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Opposing Sparkle sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
