One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Dominant General could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Cardinal Box was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Calming Work started to galop and lost 30 m.




Calming Work saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Cardinal Box sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Cardinal Box was still in the lead after 1500m.




Cardinal Box sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Gorgeous Pie was first on the homestretch followed by Cardinal Box and Dominant General.






Cardinal Box made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Gorgeous Pie.
