It had been raining for several days at Hagmyren but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Taboca Romeo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Y Dirweddol Ceffyl sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Taboca Romeo to trotting so they were disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Poincon Express who started to galop and lost 30 m.




Modest Wish looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Poincon Express couldn't come out from behind the leader, Y Dirweddol Ceffyl.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Y Dirweddol Ceffyl followed by Poincon Express and Taboca Romeo. Lane two Modest Wish followed by Vinner Gå Rundt and Flower Red.




Y Dirweddol Ceffyl kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Modest Wish speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Poincon Express sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
