One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Whistler was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Honourable Pirate was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m. When the startcar left the field Fast Angel started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and What It Takes sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Precious Ace saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. The Price Of A Mile galloped for 10 m.

With only a little left of the race Precious Ace galoped for 40 m. Whistler speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The Price Of A Mile was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.

Fast Angel won the race after a spectacular finish.
