Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Fritte. Little Feeling ended up behind the leader. The Queen got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. This is the positions after 500m. Run For It, Prince Of Spirit, Laban, More Than Anything, Inner Action, Madame Pernod, The Queen, Damm. A bird flew just in front of Fritte who started to galop and lost 30 m. Inner Action took the lead after 1000m. More Than Anything didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Inner Action today. It continued in the lead. Inner Action kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Little Feeling suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead. The Queen made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Manuela Di Centa. Results
