It had been raining for several days at Färjestad but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sowing Nova tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Bold Twister that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sowing Nova sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Åke Lindblom tried a little too much on the homestretch and Bold Twister started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Sowing Nova sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
