One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Princess Winner took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and The Face sprinted to the front.




The Face clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop The Face today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Blue Collar American gallopped for 50 m.




Behind The Curve suddenly took over the lead.




Behind The Curve was safely in the lead after 2500m.



With only a little left of the race Beste Einteilen galoped for 50 m. Behind The Curve looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Princess Winner sprinted over the finishline before Behind The Curve and The Face.
