One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Yeeey found a gap and took the lead. Dead Ship followed before Kurland Larockma.




Dead Ship saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Dead Ship clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dead Ship today. It continued in the lead.



Dead Ship sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
