Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Vaggeryd track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Giant Cruise found a gap and took the lead. Mad Sugar followed before Starboy.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Mad Sugar sprinted to the front.




Giant Cruise sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Defender suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Starboy looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Starboy kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Defender was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Starboy looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Giant Cruise, 2 Starboy, 3 Mad Sugar.
