One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Slacker Jack found a gap and took the lead. Walk In The Park followed before Blackeyed Girl. Dancing Wave was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Duster, Slacker Jack, Dancing Wave, One Step Ahead, Walk In The Park, Blackeyed Girl, Thrillseeker, Mojave Desert. Mojave Desert started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Walk In The Park sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Walk In The Park followed by Blackeyed Girl and One Step Ahead. Lane two Slacker Jack followed by Duster and Dancing Wave.

Walk In The Park were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Jumping Starlight galop. Jumping Starlight lost 20 m.

Walk In The Park kept the speed the whole finish and won before Slacker Jack and Blackeyed Girl.
