The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Östersund today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gift From Heaven was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Gift From Heaven was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




American Fighter saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




American Fighter clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

American Fighter kept the speed the whole finish and won before Gift From Heaven and Just Stone.
