One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brave Summer took the lead after a very quick start.




Wandering Diamond saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Della Onteri started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Wandering Diamond clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Süssigkeiten looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Wandering Diamond litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Brave Summer sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
