The sun was shining on Rovaniemi and it was a perfect day for trotting.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ultra Pascal. Sliding Scale ended up behind the leader. Helpful Frenzy got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Bonheur Rapide started to galop and lost 50 m.

Vesta F quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Force De Temps was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Crossing Darkness accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Crossing Darkness sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Helpful Frenzy galop. Helpful Frenzy lost 10 m. Crossing Darkness galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Ultra Pascal won the race after a spectacular finish.
