One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Pozdravuj Ode. Between The Lines ended up behind the leader. Dunkelheit Cherry got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Carlos Cougar, Famous Bouquet, Lonely Walker, Cd Obscured By Clouds, Dunkelheit Cherry, Break Your Heart, Between The Lines, Pozdravuj Ode.

Dunkelheit Cherry took the lead after 1000m. Lonely Walker didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dunkelheit Cherry today. It continued in the lead. Between The Lines started to gallop after 1500m and Marcus Sundberg had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Dunkelheit Cherry kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Lonely Walker sprinted over the finishline before Dunkelheit Cherry and Hillel Slovak.
