The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Solänget today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Felicia Crown could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Moon Unit, Waving Lovebreaker, Wandering Jewel, Veni Vidi Vici, Travelling Diary, Felicia Crown, Nanny Fine, Welche Magie. A bird flew just in front of Philadelphia who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Wandering Jewel took the lead after 1000m. Moon Unit didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Wandering Jewel was still in the lead after 1500m.




Wandering Jewel didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Moon Unit was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Wandering Jewel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
