The weather had been good all week and Hagmyren was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vittoria Finalmente could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Antiguo Guerrero galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Feu Rouge clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Antiguo Guerrero suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Holiday Order accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Chemical Chelsea speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Holiday Order sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
