It had been raining for several days at Rättvik but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glowing Stardust sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Illumination was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Slow Thrasher, No More Bush, Godere Il Cavalcare, Agobra Megapol, Starstruck, Glowing Stardust, Staro Beck, Dindi Black.




Starstruck sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Starstruck was still in the lead after 1500m.



Starstruck were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Starstruck showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Åke Sundberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Godere Il Cavalcare started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Slow Thrasher won. No More Bush came in second. Glowing Stardust caught third place.
