One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Zumbathon could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field First Serve started to galop and lost 40 m. Björns Amber was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Great Starlight sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Paradiddle who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Björns Amber took the lead after 1000m. Great Starlight didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




First Serve looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Immer speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






First Serve sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
