The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Klosterskogen this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Caandy Aaas found a gap and took the lead. Silver Attraction followed before Silverboy. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. When the startcar left the field Silverboy started to galop and lost 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Silverboy sprinted to the front. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Radiating Whirlwind looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Punching Power couldn't come out from behind the leader, Silverboy.

Caandy Aaas accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Caandy Aaas kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Polished Pearl galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Unknown tried a little too much on the homestretch and Polished Pearl started to galopp and lost 10 m. Artig Nemlig Alt galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Winner of todays race was Caandy Aaas. Silver Attraction came in second. Radiating Whirlwind became third.
