One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Lauvins Black Hawk sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Black Or White quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Ljungsbroexpressen took the lead after 1000m. Stopping Winter didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ljungsbroexpressen followed by Jane Hall and Black Or White. Lane two Stopping Winter followed by Lauvins Black Hawk and Elegant News.

Ljungsbroexpressen kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.

Stopping Winter litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Stopping Winter didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
