One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gunner sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Don't Laugh, Gunner, Big Devil, Heavenly Whirlwind, Monkey Face, Give Me Way, Cardigan Bay, Lone Rock.




Heavenly Whirlwind took the lead after 1000m. Don't Laugh didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Heavenly Whirlwind was still in the lead after 1500m. Monkey Face started to gallop after 1500m and Jan-Åke Hoas had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Gunner seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Moonlight Diamond was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Monkey Face was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Heavenly Whirlwind litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Moonlight Diamond was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Jim Oscarsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Lone Rock started to galopp and lost 50 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Let Me Deside galop. Let Me Deside lost 20 m. Monkey Face was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.
