One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Assure Destruction sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Assure Destruction was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead. A bird flew just in front of Ridgeline Shine who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Assure Destruction was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Assure Destruction was still in the lead after 1500m. Teach Me Love galloped for 40 m.



Ridgeline Shine litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Assure Destruction never caught up with Ridgeline Shine who won. Lassie Blue Chip came third.
