One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Honourable Pirate. Born This Way ended up behind the leader. Casa Grande got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Ice Cube quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Born This Way showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.

Calming Stone took the lead after 1000m. For Good Times didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Calming Stone was still in the lead after 1500m. Trembling Wish started to gallop after 1500m and Håkan Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Calming Stone kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Jan-Åke Hoas tried a little too much on the homestretch and Good As It Is started to galopp and lost 10 m.

Winner of todays race was Calming Stone. Casa Grande came in second. For Good Times became third.
